If you have kiddos in your home, and you are sentimental (like me) then you likely have several bins worth of their artwork over the years, filed away, with more coming in each day. I will say that I don’t keep everything, but I do keep a fair amount..because..well they are the most special little humans in the world to me and everything they create is masterpiece worthy and must be saved! haha.

You get my point. :) The things they create are special and worthy of display, so come along with me and keep reading for a few tips on how to display your kid’s artwork in a very easy and designer-friendly way!

1 . Create a series

For a gallery wall effect or a lovely little wall accent!

My daughter went through what I called an ‘abstract phase’ and was painting a lot with big brush strokes and bright colors. I collected my favs and converted them into a chic mini gallery wall by cutting out sections from each painting and dropping them into simple white 5 x 7 Ikea frames. I really love how this came together! (in about 15 mins!)

2 . Use a pegboard + magnets for an upgraded collage feel

This is a great temporary solution!

We are big pegboard people in our house! You can do so many cool things with a pegboard including displaying art! Add in some storage compartments, a trinket or two, and your fav pieces of art for a really cool and collected way to show off their work!

3 . Mix them into a gallery wall

A beautifully curated gallery wall is a great way to add charm and character to a blank wall. Include your fav paintings, prints, photographs as well as your kiddo’s beautiful creations! You can see my son Wyatt’s self-portrait from last year proudly displayed in the top corner!
